Long Term Care

Choosing a long-term care facility for a loved one can be an intimidating process. You want so much to make the right choice so your family member can live in comfort, with every need taken care of — but you may still feel uncertain that you’ve chosen wisely.

At Vista Care Centers, we understand your concerns, which is why we’re with you at every stage of the process — from the very beginning, when your loved one becomes a part of the Vista family, and through the years as his or her needs change.

Long-term care encompasses so much more than the simple “nursing home” or “retirement home” of yesterday. With our years of experience, we will earn your trust and give you the reassurance that your loved one will receive the finest in long-term care.

Staff/Facilities

All Vista Care Centers personnel are highly trained professionals who will work in concert with your loved one’s physician to develop a customized plan that matches our varied services with his or her specific needs.

Our medical staff comprises a licensed physician, Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses, and state-tested nursing assistants.

Meals prepared at Vista Care Centers facilities are supervised by a licensed dietitian. Licensed social workers address individual patient needs and keep families fully informed. And financial counselors help families work through insurance issues to assure their loved ones receive the highest level of care available.

Our facilities are warm and inviting and truly give our residents a sense of “home.” We invite you to visit us to see our beautiful accommodations for yourself.

In time, your loved one’s needs may change and additional nursing care may be necessary. As Vista Care Centers offer a full continuum of care, you can be sure that our services will adapt to those needs.

As always, our personnel work closely with residents to reassure them when changes take place, ensuring a smooth transition.
